The Game- Final Score and Predictions

Submitted by BloomingtonBlue on

It's Ohio State Week and we have zero threads on the matter. Due to the fact there is really no point to discuss how we match up, potential weaknesses to exploit etc.  My head says 49-6 to OSU. My heart says 27-24 OSU, even it can't be persuaded to pick UM. What's your final score and predictions for THE GAME?

Michigan will win this game if the entire Ohio team contracts ebola from the new team prostitute who coincidently happens to be from Africa, OH.

Ohio will win this game in every other scenario imagineable.

Ohio 45  Michigan 13

I'll go with Massey here - our chance of winning this game is realistically less than 10% on paper right now. Indeed, their estimate is 8%.

The median score from the simulation is 37-17, which I could believe perhaps, but then if you keep running the simulator, you get 52-17 and 34-9 as well in random runs. I could see these too sadly.

Michigan was supposed to get blown out last year too.  Remember the defense is good.  The offense found a way to put up 40+ last year.  This year, they surprise everyone in Brady's farewell.

Michigan - 45

Ohio State - 39

We win 22-21...Jake Ryan makes a big interception deep in our terrritory when OSU is trying to put the dagger into us.  Gardner leads a TD drive for the ages, throwing a TD pass with no time left to Jake Butt, and Hoke gets carried off the field a la Earle Bruce 1987.

It should stay close until we have to start passing to stay in the game, about midway through the 2nd quarter,  then it will get ugly.

oSU 48 UM 17

Ugly middle

Ugly finish

55-6 not us

I am watching all the way to see how deep into the 4th Hoke keeps clapping.

What's the line on Hoke saying, "We just didn't execute" in his final presser?
