I was dying for Gallon to get one more catch for nine or more yards so he could have beaten the all-time record, but I'll take 362...I guess.

And an argument can be made for Fitz as well (to a lesser extent). Regardless of my overall opinions on our offense, that was a hell of a showing by that unit, and while there's a very high chance we'll never see anything like it again, there's no reason why we can't have multiple guys vying for B1G PotW at the same time more often.

Gallon's 369 yards are the 2nd highest in FBS history, and 11th highest single game receiving total in all of college football history (there are two guys in DII/DIII tied at 370).  Troy Edwards did his 405 yards in 1998.  #3 is some guy named Randy Gatewood who had 362 yards for UNLV in 1994.  So this is the most prolific WR performance in over 15 years.   Amazing.

During the game thread, when they said he had 116 yards in the first quarter, I thought "Wow, he could get the school record," but I can't believe how much he destroyed it.  Not only did he gain 50% more than Roundtree's old record, but he nearly doubled the #3 all-time Michigan record - Jack Clancy's 197 yards in 1966.  (As an aside, I think it's amazing that Clancy's record lasted 44 years, given all the great wideouts we had in the meantime.)
