Good news for others of us...I got a great new job AND can spend more time with my family. Friday the 13th is a great day in my family, too. My grandfather, father, and I were all born on the 13th. It was a good day!

The girl I've been seeing has her last day of work today. She's moving across the country to greener pastures. Mixed emotions, although setting your last day of work on Friday the 13th is ballsy.

Always loved Friday the 13th since I was a kid. Full moon is a bonus. Currently watching the world cup at work while eating free pizza (papa johns. sorry DB, not my call) for lunch. Good day so far! Posbang thread makes it that much better!

Friday the 13th. My son graduates from high school today. Outside. Raining like hell. His school always holds graduation outside and it has never rained. Just lucky, I guess.

I've got a friend from the mitten coming out to CO this weekend for "research" on legal marijuana, so I'll be taking part in the investigation. There's also a rad street fair tomorrow with excellent CO microbrews, so I'll be putting the vibe out there as well.

I rarely see fellow Denverites on this board, but if you're out there, you can catch me at the Highlands Street Fair in a Maize & Blue t-shirt, and really red eyes!

Also: some of you wished me luck for an interview a couple Fridays ago... I'll happily inform you that I was offered, and had accepted my first art directorship. Thanks for the well wishes, my bros! Happy weekend, be safe, and Go Blue!

With the MGoWife. Among all the other many things to be thankful for is the soon-to-be (class of 2018) MGoDaughter. I've heard it unofficially that Sunday there will be a "Michigan Dad" coffee mug waiting for me, filled, when I get up. For once, I can't get through Saturday fast enough.
