Rivals just posted a video of Barwis talking about the gains some of the players have made.

Barwis Strength and Conditioning: Get Hard for Michigan
(w/ a skull and cross bones ala the Barwis Gym shirt)
and also -
DRob: Desmond with dreads.
Big thing to jump out at me was Tate, went from 170 to 194.
I got my chub on!!!
Interesting that Tate Forcier has gained 25 lbs. since coming to Ann Arbor.
Lots of food and lots of lifting will do that to you. Bulking up in a decent strength program isn't a difficult thing as long as you load up on clean calories.
But is 25 pounds in 8 months a lot for a kid with his frame? Especially when I'm sure he's doing tons of running as well.
25 pounds in 8 months is doable for any 18-year old who has never lifted before.
that he never lifted any weights in high school...with all the prepping to be a QB from birth stuff...you'd think they'd mix in a free weight here and there??
Yeah, that freaked my out.
Doesn't sound like he is having any problem with putting in the effort for Barwis. Did his HS coach just not include that in the program? Tate (and his coach) must have known that, if Tate intended to go to the next level, weight training would be essential.
wow, if he keeps this up he should be about a 300+ pound qb!
ah yes...the ol' Left Tackle/QB hybrid position
moved Jaren Lorenzen from QB to Right Guard.
Barwis said that Denard Robinson is even faster because he worked a lot on his technique. Can't wait to see this guy break a few big runs this season.
more than that AC/DC highlight video. GO BLUE!!!
I like that Denard has a strong MANtality. It takes more than just a strong mentality to train with Barwis.
Apparently everyone is explosive and can change direction more effectively.
Barwis never stops moving.
I love Barwis .. But when he talks i keep thinking of Froggy from little Rascals.
I love me some Barwis porn.
his remark that even 160-lb kids come in and they still have "that chub on 'em"?
I have been Jonesing for some Barwis porn!
Did they cue the guy to walk by on crutches when Barwis was talking about injury prevention?
^^^ROFLsnacks I didn't notice that the first time
Ever since high school I slowly have stopped working out and last month decided to get back at it. On the days I don't few like working out, I look up any Barwis video and it works wonders.
