I'm home for the holidays and my dad is reading out loud:

"Frank Clark Will Return for Senior Season."   Looks over at me with an ugly face  "Where the Fck was he going?"

And that about sums up your 2013 Michigan Wolverines

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

That defense should b solid next season only senior staters are Washington and Gordon. The secondary should b solid only seniors in the 2 deep is Gordon and Avery. No excuses for giving up big pass plays

This is great to hear really - from a statistical standpoint anyway, Frank has gotten more productive each year and has looked better each year, in my opinion. Indeed, this year, I believe he was the team leader in sacks as well as tackles for loss, as well as tied for 5th in total tackles. That's really not bad at all, and if the trend is upward, I am excited to see what 2014 Clark looks like.

D-line showed flashes of greatness in the second half of the season and improved over the year. I have high hopes for that unit next year. THE FUTURE!!!!!!!!

am returning next season...hesitantly right now, but come Summer, I'll be 100% all in....I think (all in jest, of course).  Thank goodness I have a short memory.

I was curious about that myself, and it appears from this article that all a player receives is an indication of where he is likely to be drafted (or not drafted at all).

Also here's an indication of the number of players who sought an evaluation:

He fits the profile of a player who could make a big jump in his senior season - here's hoping so.  Shown flashes, needs consistency. Let's see if he can turn it up a few notches in the bowl game.

I never expected him to leave. He's shown flashes, but drastically needs to improve his consistency before he even thinks about the NFL.

Still, it never hurts to ask for an evaluation and find out what you need to work on. Hopefully it will serve as motivation for him heading into next year.

McGarry and GR3 could be the next that need to refine their skills before the pros. Go to to NBA and wash out in 1-2 yrs. Right , who cares about the best years of your life.

Can anyone break down why Clark didn't take the much-hyped Leap this year?  I didn't really focus on him enough to understand why he wasn't more of a difference maker.  He seems to have all the physical tools.  You'd think Mattison could've gotten more out of him.
