Lorenz says that report that he's flying out is old, and that there still may be an issue that stops him from coming tonight.
What is the issue here?
The issue with Fournette? He never allows a defender to tackle him. Like, never. It's unfair to the rest of the players.
Can anyone think of another instance where up to the minute information is paid for but NOT used to make money? Needing up to the minute reports on recruits is sketch.
Is the uncle via mom or dad? Rivals says the uncle has a lot of pull.

What the hell is with reporters these days? Here's an idea. Someone should call the kid or his family and ask them if he's still coming. Is that so damn hard?

The problem is that some recruiting reporters don't double source anything. It's one thing to hear it from the player, it's something else to get it from somewhere else and report it without giving the source. Just because you have info from somewhere doesn't mean it's reportable.
Sounds to me like someone at LSU or Alabama greased this uncle's palms. With an amount of money most assuredly more than the cost of those plane tickets. For the purpose of keeping Leonard from making the trip.

I was being a creep and scoped his Twitter feed. Looks like his grandmother was sick. If this is the case and he was unable to make it because of that, I hope nothing but the best for him and his family.
that being said, it seems every time a big time recruit has canceled his first visit to us for a legit reason it hasn't worked out well for us.
i just went through both there twitter accounts and seen nothing about fournette from either one i did se the tweet from sam webb though just my two cents plus if true the visit may not be completely off he just might not be able to make it in today but the speculation is killing everyone so it would be nice to get some actual accurate info to ease everyones minds
