Ok, this shit is amazing! The amounts of great stories, great impressions, great relationships being built, great excitement, great exposure, great interest in Michigan being built from this one camp is phenomenal!

"I think it worked out great," Prattville kicker A.J. Reed said. "It was more of a fun environment. I think it was good for the players to see different coaches. I think it helped a lot of people today."

"A number of athletes said they were now giving Michigan consideration they previously had not given. Reed, who has visited LSU and said he wanted to remain in the SEC, said the Wolverines are on his radar after a productive session with special teams coach John Baxter. "I thought about (Michigan), but not seriously," Reed said. "Now I definitely am. I love the coaching staff. It seems like a big old fun, family environment."

"Harbaugh has built a good relationship with Prattville according to head coach Chad Anderson, who said he would be open to Michigan camps as long as they are interested."

"I think this just says Prattville is a great football town in general," Washington said. "There's a lot of talent down here. A lot of times it gets overlooked."

PRATTVILLE -- They didn't want it to end. When Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh huddled the 475 campers together one final time Friday afternoon to conclude the Prattville Elite Football Camp, the kids let out a collective 'aaahhh' in disappointment. "I know," Harbaugh said to the crowd. "That's it. That's all we got for today."

"Johnson said he learned "a lot" at the four-hour camp. "I learned how to get in my stance and how to turn my hips," said Johnson, who plays linebacker. "The footwork."

"Jackson was excited to have a former NFL coach at the camp. Harbaugh went 44-19-1 in four seasons at San Francisco, leading the 49ers to Super Bowl XLVII. "It makes you do better when you have a guy who coached in the NFL here," Jackson said."

They are waiting for you at Ferry Field! Run through that fucking wall and tackle those fucking dummies!

Ok, well when I was a kid & we needed to play football but the door was locked we actually climbed over the wall instead of running through it!

Honk-I love the post and I love the enthusiasm.  Any chance you could redact the word "Fuck" in your title as it appears on the main page?  I understand the use of the expletive and in most cases no objection of this usage however it simply does not feel comfortable on the main page.  Although this is an adult blog intended for adult viewers young people log in and although they might find such usage as they search in posts I feel more comfortable not having such words on the main page.

Appreciate your consideration.

PS-Brian thank you for keeping the word FUCK out of your headlines as always.

Well Ib I got your message was readying for redaction but someone had already screwed with it, so I fucked with it in addition. This is a pretty dirty thread with all the screwing, fucking and redacting goin' on.

Great exposure for UM. We are hearing a great deal about the AL camp, I'm wondering how did it go in Tampa and last night in South Florida. Does anyone have anything from those two camps?

When Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh huddled the 475 campers together one final time Friday afternoon to conclude the Prattville Elite Football Camp . . .

Mother of god, is that right?  475 campers?

Wow, these things really are a big deal.  That's a very high level of interest in SEC territory for a camp run by some "carpetbagger" from another conference in the frozen North.

I love how he referenced that his real phone# and email are on Twitter, and that while he can't contact them, they can feel free to contact him.  Hint, hint you 4-stars.

The man is not shy.  He's not going to break any recruiting rules, but he's going to go for any and every advantage he can get within the rules.

If I'm an SEC coach, I hate these camps and I'm annoyed as hell by that Jim Harbaugh interloper.  Malzhan is right to be pissed.

he huddled everyone together and said, " One last thing, I have a question for you that I think you know the answer to. Who's got it better than us?"....NOBODY.

Honestly, right before that when he asked everyone to high five guys around them, and the spirit & interaction that created, brought a tear to me eyes. Beautiful!

I echo the curiosity about yesterday's two camps. We heard a little bit about the morning session, but I believe there's truly zero on the free web about the under the lights camp.

BTW I have some hopeful news on the recovery of the Drake's!

I asked a big little birdy the other day how Drake's recovery was doing and he said Drake Harris? He's doing great, his hamstrings are good now. (!) I said, oh, I actually meant Johnson, I thought Harris was hurt again and probably a lost cause. No, he's good. Then he said DJ is running and is about two weeks away from being able to cut & should be ready to play full strength in the fall!

Man if Johnson is really ready to pick up where he left off and if Harris is ready to play and live up to 80 percent of his ancient hype that's gigantic for this offense!

Unless of course you are walking or riding your bike everywhere and heating your home with used newsapers or solar panels.
