Former Oklahoma St. QB Daxx Garman Transfers to Maryland (Eligible Immediately)
He must not be any good or we'd have added him to our QB harem.
I would also assume that this is no longer the most desirable landing spot for a grad transfer. I could see one per year becoming normal, but I doubt we'll see multiple grad transfers at the QB position in the same year.
But, you know... Harbaugh, I could be wrong
facetious like, yoy know, we get all the quarterbacks.
It will probably be him or Caleb Rowe.
Gundy has been playing QB roulette there for a while
This kid has potential to be good. I doubt Edsall is going to get it out of him tho.
He was at Arizona before that. A pretty big red flag goes off to me when someone has transferred twice.
I was just going to mention that. Was doing a little digging and found that he also transferred High Schools three times. Pretty strange to say the least.

With a name like Garman, I'm not really surprised that he's so well traveled.
Yes, but you should be suprised he went to the wrong location twice
Do you think he ever attended any satellite camps?
when Rodriguez was hired there. That sounds familiar.
So adding another guy to a depth chart that was pretty absent of serviceable players is probably a smart move. If Rowe is healthy, I bet he still gets the nod.
and when healthy he was their best option. Maryland is really looking for answers at the QB position right now.
From a quick glance at their roster, it seems they only have 3 scholarship QBs and one more signed in the 2015 class. They really needed another QB for depth. He could even start with Rowe coming off of an ACL injury.
That is all.
I was worried after Maxx Williams graduated
That qualifies him as a man.
He's projected to nearly double his passing yardage this year at Maryland with an expected 4,040 yards.
But, he's not 40!
What person with the slightest bit of human compasion names his/her son Daxx?
of Milford, Michigan.
Garman will add some gameday experience, but there's a reason he would be the third string QB at OSU this year. He's the kind of guy who would be great to have as a back up to bring in for a play or two perhaps even a series here and there. OSU started him because the starter JW Walsh was injured and Gundy wanted to redshirt Mason Rudolph. That left Garman to compete with some guy I only heard about from practice that those in the know described as more of a TE than a QB. Wes Lunt would have been there had he not transferred to Illinois the year before. The QB play became so ineffectual that Gundy finally seemed forced into burning Rudolph's red shirt, and Garman was pushed to the sidelines.
He will add depth and experience at the position for Maryland, but if they're counting on him to be their starter, I think they're in for at best a mediocre offense this season.
have the hook up on roofies. They've date raped so much, guys. Well, "allegedly".
I'm 40!
