Former Michigan DT Mike Martin Signs with Philadelphia Eagles
It seems as if my hometown NFL team is trading one Wolverine lineman for another.
David Molk was on the Eagles for a couple seasons and started a few games when our starting center went down with injury. He retired this past off-season (perhaps because of his likely role in writing NFL Confidential).
Now, Mike Martin will be donning Midnight Green. Welcome to the team! #FlyEaglesFly #GoBlue

Two on our defensive line in fact. Graham is still around.

Does anyone know how bad the knee injury he suffered last year was?

I think it's pretty useful to distinguish between two vastly different shades of the same color.
I agree that some names get over-marketed, like the recent spate of calling gray "smoke" or "coal" or "anthracite" or "steel" or whatever. But there's a pretty clear difference between Honolulu Blue and Navy Blue, or Midnight Green and Kelly Green.

Kind of ironic coming from a username with a pun on Michigan's unique color.

Midnight Green<<<<<<<Kelly Green.
I'm not even an Eagles fan (Philly transplant since graduation), but c'mon, that's a no-brainer.

One place where I'm pretty sure the Eagles are relatively solid is on the DL. Fletcher is quite good. Allen is a solid blocker eating backup. I believe Logan was solid for them (Eagles fans can correct me if I'm wrong). I'd expect Martin to be Logan's backup, or at least I figure that's where the Eagles want him. He was pretty far down the Titans depth chart last year after promising early seasons with them.

I will always have fond memories of Mike Martin and RVB's insane ability to turn 3rd & 1's into 4th & 2's
MM was usually the sole bright spot on that defense. Mike Martin smash is a thing and always will be to me.

I never really followed MM in the pros. How did he do with Tennessee?
