Forcier Speed Quick Fix
Surprised no one has mentioned this yet but...
Watching the Spring Scrimmage Video, its clear to me that if Tate just wore shoes that weren't way to big for him, I think he'd be a hell of a lot faster! Take a look at how big those shoes are. It reminds of the old Bozo the Clown's shoes. It seems like an easy quick fix to me. What say you?

Maybe this explains his unique trot/prance from the sideline to the huddle. It is seriously a bit odd.

Seriously though, they're replaying the Spring Game on BTN right now. Take a look at the way the tips of his shoes seem to flop a bit - its almost like there's nothing filling the end of those shoes. I do think there's a lot of extra room there... I'm pretty sure that Gardner is wearing the same shoes and the toes are not pointing up like Tate's are.

im watching the exact same thing you are, richrodfollower. and yes, devins shoes are the exact same model. i think DGs footwork is good but not great. Tate has great feet but Devin will get there soon!

I think if Forcier lost the big shoes he wouldn't be as good of a punter. As of now he's got more surface to connect with the ball.
