Forcier Speed Quick Fix

Surprised no one has mentioned this yet but...
Watching the Spring Scrimmage Video, its clear to me that if Tate just wore shoes that weren't way to big for him, I think he'd be a hell of a lot faster! Take a look at how big those shoes are. It reminds of the old Bozo the Clown's shoes. It seems like an easy quick fix to me. What say you?

Seriously though, they're replaying the Spring Game on BTN right now. Take a look at the way the tips of his shoes seem to flop a bit - its almost like there's nothing filling the end of those shoes. I do think there's a lot of extra room there... I'm pretty sure that Gardner is wearing the same shoes and the toes are not pointing up like Tate's are.

Clearly Tate has some big-ass clown shoes going; they are not quite high-tops, but getting there.

Denard lives up to his moniker, I think by the end of the season he will be sporting flip-flops and a Hawaiian shirt with ganja leaf on it, mon.

Perhaps develop a quickness/velocity coefficient based on footwear mass/volume correlations?
