I'll support Michigan no matter what. But the numbers are too large to ignore and I believe that a fund should be created for student athletes. A formula could be fashioned to determine your payment (e.g. number of years spent in college, etc) that would be given when you leave school. I'd love a system that would incentivize kids to stay in school.

It talks about just how much the payouts matter relative to budgets around the conference and how while it isn't necessarily a show-stopper at Michigan and Ohio State, at least to some extent, the revenue stream is vital to schools like Indiana and Purdue and their hopes to compete within the conference.
