Football visitors list
I haven't seen a visitors list posted here at MGoBlog this week, so I figured I would link the one at TTB. There are/were a few 2015 and 2016 visitors on campus this week, including linebackers Darrin Kirkland, Jr. and Tyriq Thompson.
EDIT: I've added a bunch of visitors. It's a pretty big visit weekend.

to be looking for a "Hello" post soon welcoming any of this weekend's visitors (or any other recent visitors)?
It's something I'd almost rather see than yet another Kate Upton video.

There are strong hints that Richmond (VA) St. Christopher's cornerback Garrett Taylor is going to commit to Michigan on Monday. He visited last weekend.
Of the guys visiting this week, the strongest likelihood is Thompson, although I don't think he's ready to decide yet.
Shaq Thompson.
Nope. He's a weirdo and spells his first name with a "K." That's just asking for trouble.

The video of Berry returning the kickoff for a touchdown was great.

Yeah, I think it's Michigan with a lead on MSU right now.

Have you done a scouting report on Garret Taylor? Didn't see one over at TTB

No, I haven't. I only do scouting reports on offered prospects, and he hasn't had an offer for very long. There's a good chance I'll be writing a pretty in-depth profile on him soon, anyway...

Do you believe Taylor's commitment will start a ripple afect and get UM ball rolling
I don't really know. I don't think Taylor is a magnet type of player who will get other players to commit with him, although Michigan has offered a couple other Richmond-area prospects, like Clelin Ferrell (2015) and Scott Bracey (2016).
That being said, I think a lot of commitments seem to happen in the April/May area when kids make spring ball visits, can travel easier because of the weather, etc.
Nothing new, AFAIK. He's not on Alabama's spring roster, and he is definitely looking to transfer. He has been in contact with Michigan, so we'll just have to see what happens.
They said we won't hear for a while because he needs to graduate before he can say where is going to transfer for grad school. I guess that is how it works with these guys.
