Fitzgerald Toussaint sentenced to 10 months probation for his July arrest for an OWI
that's true re: what kind of kid he is, but self-awareness is a component of maturity.
I hope he learned from his mistake
Hail! to the Victors Valiant Hail!
this behind him, learns from it and returns to playing Hokeball
he learns about addiction at his AA meetings and stays clean, at least the 90 days he will be dropping (drug tested) randomly. God speed Fitz....

IMHO it seems more likely that Fitz has more of a I am young and make poor decisions problem than an addiction problem. Combine that with MADD lobbying our legislators into having unreasonably low BAC levels and you have a young man that made a mistake. Where I work when a young man makes a mistake the first thing he hears from any of us is that if doesn't become a habit it doesn't become a problem. Let's hope he learns from it and moves on.
Perfect title, content and link. Well done, good sir!
This is about what I expected. I'm sure he'll come through it perfectly. Everything I read indicated he's a class act kid, and had no idea he was over the limit or even close to it while driving.
