Finally, some common sense out of E.L.
Finally, some common sense out of East Lansing.

Until we get to the second to last paragraph...
"It is time for Dantonio to come out and define what appears to be his “second-chance” policy. For instance, Dantonio likely was just trying to do the right thing by allowing former sophomore running back Glenn Winston back on the team hours after he completed his jail sentence, but he must be careful not to project to the rest of his team that everyone gets one “Get out of Jail Free” card."
"...Dantonio likely was just trying to do the right thing by allowing former sophomore running back Glenn Winston back on the team hours after he completed his jail sentence...", no, Dantonio let Winston back on the team because he really needed him to play last year.
Please don't make it out like Dantonio is the patron saint of justice...

Sorry, but the Freep is what goes on the toilet paper. Nothing from E.L. or anywhere else will change that.

".....the Nov. 22 Rather Hall altercation...."
Why does the press call this an "altercation?" It makes it sound like both "sides" were equally at fault when this was a premeditated gang attack? Isn't an "altercation" what happens when most of those involved entered the fray voluntarily?
Also, I can't view football players beating down girls as an "altercation."
