Final Four: Early Ticket Reports?

Submitted by UNCWolverine on

The final four ticket office has now been open for over two hours and I was wondering if anyone can report on ticket seat locations.

The information being sent out via email to those that have purchased the $310 Saturday/Monday tickets does not mention anything about seat locations. If you have picked up your tickets in Atlanta today can you  post which section you are in? Lower bowl or upper sections? Are the tickets first come, first served when you get to will-call or were they already waiting for you in an envelope pre-printed?

I recall the Rose Bowl in 1997/1998 was first come first served and we unfortunately showed up the day before and our seats were not great. The only advantage to that for us picking up our tickets after we land tomorrow morning is that our two sets of two tickets will all be together. The disadvantage of course is that it would most probably push us up into the far reaches of the Georgia Dome.

Thanks in advance and Go Blue.

But I thought they said seating would be determined by priority point totals. Would be curious to hear from anyone down in ATL though if they can confirm this.

That does seem like the most logical process, which is why I'm skeptical. I think my buddy has just short of 100 points which probably will result in mid range tickets as he did get the first day ticket email. Our second set was a result of the second day email. Maybe someone will be able to post info on this soon.
