Final 4 Banner will rise on 11/8

Friday, Nov. 8 vs. UMass-Lowell (7 p.m.) will mark the 2013 Final Four banner raising at Crisler Center.

Don't they mean National Runner Up Banner?
As I recall, the years they finished runner up, they don't raise a banner that says Final Four, they raise a banner that says Runner Up. Has this changed?

Yeah, if you go to the Final Four, you've won a championship already - the regional title - whereas just going one round further is not really another milestone.

If I'm not mistaken, there used to be "NCAA Finalist" banners, but at some point they decided to put up just "NCAA FInal Four" banners for non-championship Final Four seasons.
