But if he takes the kind of a dogsqueeze team that needs a coach RIGHT NOW, he had better hope that he gets a five-year guatantee...he needs personnel that few NFL teams have to be successful with his offense...that will take time to build.

It is interesting to me that a team like Oregon that averaged 550 yards of offense per game in the regular season and yet they are on track, barring the total collapse of Kansas State's defense, to manage only about 60% of that, but yet, they are almost on track to meet their average points per game for the year. Also, Oregon has 52 yards or rushing compared to a season average of 323 yards. More evidence of how odd bowl games can be.
