Surefire way to show there's no messing around, wonder if he still thinks it's funny.
Felony Charge for Arenas
Probably because he's an idiot.
Seriously, why would you bring a gun to the arena? Idiot...
...his reasoning was to get the guns out of the house and away from his child (or Shaq's, depending on who you ask).
Not justifying it, just sayin'.
Then leave them in your car, dont bring them inside.
even find an Arenas jersey in a Goodwill store down here. It's like he does not exist. Not that I'm interested in buying one of course. Is that why they call him "Agent 0"?
get off easy because he is a celebrity.
I think jail time is proper for such idiocy.
Wouldn't shock me if the Wiz were able to void the contract.
that the DC gun laws are as strict as NY.
First of all, DC is pretty strict about guns.
Second, can you show me your Tiger calculation? I'm kind of curious how much he's lost since I dislike him a lot.
Finally, I'm sick and tired of athletes and celebrities. Frankly, it seems like there are hardly any of them worth looking up to (and be careful, because you never know what the "good ones" do behind closed doors).
I hope America's glorification of these people comes to an end soon. It's cool to admire them for being good at their sport, but being good at a sport really really doesn't deserve the large role that they play in American society.
And it's too bad, because Arenas was/is one of the more fan friendly NBA players out there. For example, I thought it was cool that he sent two time $10 to fans with whom he bet that he'd hit the winning shot. Now I wonder, however, what he would have done if he hit it and the fans didn't pay him (would he lay guns on their seats and ask them to pick one?)
For felony idiocy.
he has a sick man-made ocean in his backyard.
If he lives in DC he can keep the handgun in his home. Will that help him out?
gilbert covet them pistol's. and the boy to trifling to throw it off even after a daytime murder. my bad just had a wire flash back.
