Feds probe MSU for sexual assault misconduct
Department of Education spokesman Jim Bradshaw told The State News the planned visit to campus is directly related to an official investigation into sexual harassment and violence complaints pending against the university.
Although details of the complaints are a mystery for now — neither the Department of Education nor MSU would provide insight into the nature or reach of the allegations — university officials were quick to defend their overall handling of sexual assault accusations. It’s not yet clear whether the investigation could prove to be a liability for Simon, who just last week publicly addressed “destructive” behavior among students, including sexual violence.

NFL Combine if he used steroids. He declined to answer.

Wouldn't be shocking I suppose... Whatever he did didn't involve an arrest or lawsuit, so there is a fairly small number of things that may have happened that would have force MD's hand. If getting popped for steroids made him ineligible through the NCAA anyway, MD was jsut saving his guy some embarrasment.

Was getting a ton of shit from MSU fans about Michigan today. It is instances like this that I only talk shit to them about athletics. I don't particularly enjoy crow and I also use stainless steel pots and kettles.

So yeah, it's the same agency so glass houses etc. . Let's just say that it is tremendously disappointing that any outside agency needs to be investigating anyone for shortfalls in leadership.

the average IQ in news comment sections hovers at around 85 (a good 35 points higher than youtube comment sections, I might add).
It burns.
It's weird, too, because intelligent conversation does exist on the internet. You'd also think that the stupid would be much more glaring because the negativity is directed at an instititution I love but no... that's just a pretty standard example of news comment sections.
