Must be having a hard time selling out the EMU game. Seems like a great way to get tickets to the premium games (ND, Neb, OSU).

Any idea when individual game tickets go on sale?
Mgoblue.com
But does anyone know what time they go on sale? Midnight? 7am? I want to be on the computer ready. Ha
I called the UM ticket office. They don't expect single game tickets to be available for the Notre Dame game. They expect the game will be sold out via packages before the 18th. Just a word of warning.
So if people want to go, I suggest jumping on the public ticket packages ASAP this Monday as they are supposedly almost sold out as it is. Hopefully this information helps people make up their minds on what to do.
I just got this email as well. Gmail told me the sender was Coach Brady Hoke. I felt special for like, three seconds.
When I saw the sender was Coach Hoke, I got all tingly inside for a few moments. I'm so easy to arouse.
Now I have to figure out if I can logistically get 4 family members from Madison to Ann Arbor on four separate weekends this year. (Damnit, Delaney. Why did you have to put UM & UW in separate divisions? At least I had the guaranteed chance to see Michigan every other year without leaving my current county of residence). I think I'll pass this year and just catch us in Evanston.
The general public tickets go on sale at 10pm Monday night (July 18th). I would definitely not go online to buy tickets earlier than 10pm that day...
I wonder if the site's going to come crashing down. what to do, what to do? Chance the ND tix or buy a bunch of tix i won't be able to use (but would hope to resell). The problem is i'm buying for two. (I'm not a larger person, I just plan to bring the g/f... we've gone to the ND game (home or away) each of the last 3 years.)
i think this is a great away to prevent opposing fans of getting tickets to the big games and for the ticket department to ensure the sale of emu tickets, but to all those who buy this package for the marquee games, please use the 'other' tickets wisely in the case you cannot attend. :)
checked my email today.
emails from facebook, work, my friend, and brady hoke..wait...BRADY HOKE!?
I got so excited for 5 seconds until i realized it was an automated brady hoke.
o well.
All our tickets are belong to me! Just kidding, I'll share. I'll probably get a ND pack and tsio pack to start.
The EMU game is going to be empty...
Normally, doesn't a school make a certain amount of tickets available to the opposing side? Does anybody know how that is going to work with this game? Will ND have tickets available at their office?
I assume these type of tickets are all end zone type of seats?
Not necessarily. Depends on how many you want to purchase. You will be able to get two seats together in the corners, I'm sure. Also, your tickets will be in different locations based on each game. You'll probably get pretty decent seats for Eastern.
Wow, I remember the days when tickets were ~$50/game. With the $25 service fee per pack and the $295 base price, it ends up being $80 / ticket...
That would be fine if there were multiple "big" games, but in actuality its 1 big game and 3 minor ones...
I see it as one big game, one home/season opener, one homecoming game, and one minor game.
They are getting to be like NFL prices.
You'll get poked in the eye.
Actually, I got a pack the other day and the EMU tickets were the worst location. It didn't seem to make sense at first but, after a bit of thought, I realized that the EMU tickets are part of every one of the packages so they are selling more tickets for that game through this promotion than any other game.
