I don't usually post fan edits but I must admit these aren't half bad.

That's stupid.

However the B1G logo isn't going anywhere...every conference does this now, I'm not sure why we think we're going to go away from it.

It's one of those things that we need to stop bitching about. There's as good of a chance as us wearing golden helmets as there is of the patch coming off the jersey.

This just looks like 'vanilla Michigan uniform with small Jumpman logo pasted on'. I'll be as happy as the next mgoblogger if the uniforms come out clean. But the Jumpman hype seems a little silly if this is where we end up.

Before it was stodgy and boring, but now (slaps Jumpan sticker on) it's amazing!

These are great. The older fans won't like them, but most of them will die off anyway sometime before the Nike contract expires in 2031. It's time they cede some ground to the younger generation.

I'm curious why Coach Harbaugh or whoever decided to remove the block M from the home pants. I liked that.

The B1G logo will probably have to stay. So home jersey: B1G on wearer's right, Jumpman in middle, same spot as current Adidas logo; on home pants block M back on on wearer's left where it was before and Jumpman on left.

On away jerseys: Blue TV numbers, please otherwise the same config as the homes. I like the cleanliness of no piping or collar color. Just a perfect blue-on-white overlay of the home maize-on-blue. Same number size/font, everything.

All whites for this year are neat and cool but bring back maize pants on the road.

Looking forward to seeing the real thing!

I don't understand how a "Jumpman" rebrand helps Nike at all selling football apparel; Jordan is iconic for his play and his shoes. My sense is he got the contract by bundling it with basketball.

In any event, his jerseys - if proposed as iconic in and of themselves - had a familiar tri-stripe trim at the neck and sleeves, and the numbers were either trimmed in a contrast color (white or black). The current away jerseys fit that to a T; you could trim the numbers in black and slap a Jumpman directly over the Swoosh to the right of the neck and it's positively Jordan's Bulls era template.

To do the same thing to the home jerseys would require trimming the numbers in thin contrasting color (maize/white), and adding the tri-stripe (maize-white-maize?) to the neck and sleeves.

Maybe emboss the names on the back of the jerseys in black or white, also.

With basketball, I hope to see a script Michigan jersey similar to Jordan's script Chicago; otherwise I love the Cazzie classics.

The biggest reason I'm excited about this. I don't think with this much publicity Jordan will put nothing but the best product on the field. From head to toe our players will be his priority for the future of jumpman in college football.

The jersey very sharp looking whoever designed it should be working for Nike. Hope that is what it looks like when Nike/Jordan reveal it in about 11 months from now.
