False Rumor: Official Michigan Football Themesong
I received this link via the "AllIn For Michigan" Facebook group this morning. The message reads as follows:
Attention Michigan fans:
Get ready for the season opener against the Connecticut Huskies with the official 2010 University of Michigan Football theme song! The song will debut as part of a 5 minute segment this Saturday, September 4th on ESPN College Gameday live from Atlanta, GA. "Welcome to the Big House" will be played throughout the season in Michigan Stadium, on the radio, on campus, and anywhere there are Michigan fans!
Get an exclusive look at the Official 2010 Michigan Football theme song before its debut this Saturday. Here it is!

It could be worse, I guess. But why do we need a corny "official football theme song" to play when we have the MMB anyway?
