Simply tremendous. I'd like to start calling him Tremendous Ty Isaac.
January 14th, 2012 at 9:29 PM ^
Keep it up. You guys are putting out some damn good interviews and information.
January 14th, 2012 at 9:30 PM ^
recruiting, a 9 is more like a 6 IMO. A basketball game or of course a football game would obviously help that.
January 14th, 2012 at 9:44 PM ^
He definitely is high on Michigan. That's a true 9.
January 14th, 2012 at 9:54 PM ^
I have the arguments all the time with my friends about what a '9' is. To me, a 9 represents the best models and movie stars. 10 is your wife and your top 5 or so of all time. I'm glad Ty respects the value of a 9.
Also, WTF Fred Jackson!!! Get him off the zoloft! He once compared a pudgy 5'5 full back with 4.75 speed and walk-on offers to the MAC to Ray Rice (with size!). Calling someone Ryan Grant is like giving them a participation ribbon at a track meet. I want to see cross generational comparison (combo of Jim Brown and Arian Foster) or hell, even cross species (Hershel Walker and a gazelle!) Step it up Fred!

Who the fuck assesses a 10 to their wife?!? Maybe if shes standing right next to you at the time, but otherwise man, you're either delusional or way too Christian...
January 15th, 2012 at 9:48 AM ^
I'm sorry you don't find your wife attractive?
January 15th, 2012 at 9:53 AM ^
I don't have a wife, but unless she was Kate Upton, she probably would not, realistically, be receiving a 10. You married guys keep up the necessary self-deception, though...
January 15th, 2012 at 10:33 AM ^
Hahaha, I love this, I couldn't agree more. If we all married who we really wanted there would be no divorces, sometimes we take the best that we can get and sometimes that means getting a 5. I'm not married yet though which is probably obvious.
January 16th, 2012 at 1:29 AM ^
No. When I buy my wife, at the start she was cook good and her vagine work well and she strong on plow. But after 3 years when she was 15 then she become weak, her voice become deep, "MEJUNGLECHOP, MEJUNGLECHOP", she receive hair on chest and her vagine hang like sleeve of wizard.

From the sounds of it, it looks like it will be Michigan vs Notre Dame and may be one other school (probably one that hasn't offered). Does that sound correct? The "interesting" part of that conversation led me to believe he has one other school in mind that he'd like to check out and it might not be one that has offered yet...
January 15th, 2012 at 1:29 PM ^
It will be Ohio State, and they have offered.
January 14th, 2012 at 10:13 PM ^
9 is a 9...leaving opportunity for someone else to be a 10.
January 14th, 2012 at 10:29 PM ^
If that was to occur, it'd have to be somebody completely out of left field who completely blows him away. Michigan and ND lead and he has no preference between the two right now.

Will there be a interview with Laquon Treadwell coming soon?

Another tremendous interview. I really hope we can add Isaac to the 2013 class.

How are you guys forming these relationships with recruits so quickly? All of you from that site have been picking up the slack with the recruiting info. Thanks.
January 14th, 2012 at 9:58 PM ^
I heard they just opened the 'tremendous tattoo" parlor. Good place to meet CFB recruits.
/Please don't be true.
January 14th, 2012 at 10:04 PM ^
I like the subtle recruiting pitches built into the questions. Those parts about every recruit loving the family atmosphere and this being the best OL class ever were nice touches. You should be on Hoke's payroll.
January 14th, 2012 at 10:06 PM ^
Didn't you ask him about Yuri Wright?
January 14th, 2012 at 10:10 PM ^
Is the one recruit in 2013 that I want to land. Shane Morris is 1B, but he's been committed so long, I fear I am underrating him. (which would make me the only one to do so...)
January 15th, 2012 at 7:23 AM ^
I'm afraid Ty Isaac might be overrated.
January 15th, 2012 at 5:15 PM ^
Not that I necessarily disagree, I'm just curious to hear your thoughts
January 14th, 2012 at 10:18 PM ^
He, LTT, and Shane together would pretty much stock the shelves on offense. I don't even want to get too hopeful.
January 14th, 2012 at 10:39 PM ^
I know saturday nights on the site are slow so I really hope everyone gets a chance to see that you guys landed this interview. Great job and keep up the good work!
January 14th, 2012 at 10:49 PM ^
Is that new guy down south much of a threat here? Isaac doesn't strike me as a spread guy but neither did Dunn.
January 15th, 2012 at 3:15 AM ^
I think Meyer only wanted to keep Dunn on board because it was either there or Michigan, and he clearly wanted to be a Buckeye, but just didn't know for sure if it was the right choice. I don't think you'll see Meyer going after those types of backs in the future unless they're top ranked kids with serious interest in Ohio.
January 15th, 2012 at 11:18 AM ^
Thanks for sharing the interview. It was nice to read something that was NOT about Yuri! I saw his positioning of ND. I may have missed this but has he already visited there? Did he give any interviews right after leaving there like he did here with Tremendous? If so, did he rate them at that time? Thanks.
January 15th, 2012 at 11:28 AM ^
Word is among coaches who know him that Isaac is a bit of attention ho. I'd be shocked if he doesn't drag this out significantly. Sounds like it per his interview, as well. I hope we land him but it's going to be a long / bumpy ride for sure.
January 15th, 2012 at 1:19 PM ^
Chicago South Suburban Catholic School kid...not getting my hopes up on this one.
January 15th, 2012 at 3:40 PM ^
here but you guys really need to chill out on this whole rating thing. It's still over a year till NSD - and not every kid is gonna be like Shane. It's hard for me too because inside I'm like "Why the F would you wanna even see what other schools come out to offer??". But just because he gave the visit a "9" doesn't mean he's not going to commit, and y'all shouldn't be getting your panties in a bind about it either or trying to evaluate what it means.
He had a good visit, and if he wants to come here he will. I think we have a good shot.
January 15th, 2012 at 4:33 PM ^
Any word on how Armani Reeves' visit went?
