Evening Games/Drinking Open Thread

Oklahoma @ WVU on Fox, Stanford @ Oregon on ABC at 8, and Kansas St. @ Baylor on ESPN at 8.

It would be best for Michigan if WVU wins, if Oregon wins, and if Kansas St. wins.

nice plug there for the ESPN Watch App available for download on both itunes and the google play store Musburger and Herbie. Talk about no shame for being tools of the WWL. Typical buckeyes

This is what happens when you run with pace but don't get first downs: you don't get points and put your defense right back out there.

TOP is 6:43 Oregon to 15:07 Stanford. Stanford has also run more plays. Wouldn't be surprised to see the Ducks defense wear down as the half ends.

Jesus if both Oregon and Kansas State lose we are staring straight down the barrel of another SEC v SEC championship game possibility with only Notrefucking Dame standing in the breach.

So assuming Oregon, KSU, and ND all lose one. I think it's most likely the SEC champ would face a one-loss Oregon as Oregon still gets to play top 25 Oregon State and play top 25 UCLA in the title game. If ND loses to USC, they're done. No title games, no more games, just watch.

Thus you'd probably get Oregon v Bama/Georgia. If Oregon loses again, heck if I know

So when David Shaw has a 4th and short around the 30 yard line he elects to punt it. But now, with a 4th and short around midfield he decides to go for it!?!?

What is this...I don't even....

I feel like KState is the least...legitimate and/or threatening #1 since Missouri was briefly #1 back in 2007. I can't take the 1 by their name seriously

Vanderbilt up on Tennessee. It seems like Dooley will have a hard time make it out of town alive.

Kansas state is done. I didn't expect them to win out but definitely didn't think they'd lose to Baylor. Notre Dame has the title game in their lap. So sad that this year there's really no consensus number one team. This would be the perfect year for a playoff. Instead were most likely going to have to watch Notre Dame play for it all.

I hate ND so much. They've gotten so lucky on so many occasions this year and Its so obvious that they would lose to almost everyone in the top ten. I really hope they get beat by SC because I love watching the bcs title game but with ND in it I won't even watch.

I am aware of his track record. I just don't feel as if he is in the top 5 like the media seems to. He also treats his players like garbage unless they're winning. I suppose my issue is more with NBC and mike mayock's constant slobber fest over them. They've won against everyone they've faced and ill give them that but we should have beat them. Stanford should have beat them. Pittsburgh should have beat them. Hell BYU should have beat them.

Ill give them credit. Winning continuous close games is very difficult. I just think they have gotten very lucky this year and could just as easily be 8-3 or 7-4 as they are 11-0.

If Barkley plays next week I like SC. Can't say I want to see Bama in the title again but I do think they're much better then ND.

Ohio St: 41st OVERALL...
