20. Stadium expansion: Michigan's Big House expanded capacity to more than 108,000 seats and added 82 suites. Alabama's Bryant-Denny Stadium also grew to more than 101,800 seats. Expansion projects also increased stadiums at Kansas, East Carolina, Louisville and Texas Tech.

I think what you've posted is pretty dead on. 

1) The Big Ten had a good bowl season and has 3 national title contenders this year (Iowa, Wisky, and OSU).  League is stronger and deeper across the board.

2) Rich Rod has gone 8-16 in last 2 years.  The public generally just looks at wins and losses, so...

3) Plenty of good week 2 games, most notably OSU-Miami and ND-UM.  Should be fun

4) See point #1

5) Well, the Game just hasn't been the same the last 3 years.  The Game will continue to slowly lose luster until Michigan can start winning.  Not much of a Rivalry if you win only once in the last 9 games.

So transferring into a program is hot, but transferring out is not?  Uh, ESPN, each of those transfers into those respective programs required a transfer out of another program.
