ESPN Traditions Poll Update
Something has gone awry in the last day for Michigan in the ESPN voting for the best College Football tradition. Yesterday we held a slim lead over the Cornhuskers, but today we're down 37-63. Also, the voting has also increased to over 370,000 votes, which is 4 times the total voting for the Clemson round last week. I'm not sure if this a surmountable lead, but crazier things have happened.

rcmb is getting all the brahs to vote for nebraska, so there is that. also i would guess that the other two schools are voting for nebraska since their tradition of touching a horseshoe is pretty lame.
Good lord, how can they not be embarassed about their inferiority complex?
Or there are more shenanigans like the Great Broncos Uniform Hack that illicitly catapulted the Denver Broncos ahead of both Michigan and the Red Wings in the uniform bracket vote.
We should totally get back at them by voting against their tradition in the ESPN poll......

Is that really true? I've seen a couple other people mention that, but I didn't take them seriously. But now that you've said it...
it's not the reason. Yesterday at midnight there were roughly 145,000 votes cast, at 2am there were 200,000 votes cast (50,000 of them for Nebraska.) Now this morning there are over 300,000 90% of the votes since yesterday for the one school. Nebraska is cheating. They cheated against ohio with over 45,000 international votes, they cheated against Oklahoma when after midnight they'd have 20,000 vote boots hourly. The night before they magically got 20,000 votes in an hour against us, and last night between midnight and 10:00 AM they got more 250,000 votes. They have hackers with voterbots autovoting nonstop at this point. They have 120,000 fans on facebook. They don't have that many fans.

Nebraska fans are scripting votes (read: cheating).
there are no ethics when it comes to online polls. winning is winning; they're just finding more creative ways to do that. we need our EECS majors to step up here...
I'm also guessing they are using some CS tricks to stuff the ballot box. This battle will ultimately be decided by the techies.
We're Michigan, we have better Techies than them, and we're damn proud of it. Come on EECS guys, you have my blessing.
EECS majors who hacked the DC online voting system to correct this poll. Also, I think this poll should play the victors every time someone votes.
I'm working on it, UM certainly isn't going to lose out on a techie battle to some non-AAU sponsored university, I hope they know where they can shove all that corn! (Im allergic to corn so I have a thing against it).

How? Right click the link and hit "open link in incognito window" whick does not have cookies. Therefore I can do it as many times as I see fit.
