There's no question that Baker belongs on that list. He had 1,200 yards last year and averaged 5.8 yards per carry.

Trenton Robinson had 70+ tackels and 4 INTs last year as a freshman....including the pick against Denard on the first drive of the Michigan game. For comparison purposes, Tyler Sash of Iowa, the only B1G safety that got drafted last year, had 80 tackles and 2 INTs. No doubt that Trenton deserves the 1st team pre-season bid.
Then again, pre-season all americans don't really do much except inflate expectations.

Maybe its my Maize and Blue goggles but is Cousins totally overrated? Every publication has him as a top 10 player in the Big 10. Denard to me is far and away the most dangerous player in the conference.
