Interesting read.  I can't say I disagree with most of what the author has to say.  However, something he overlooked is that if we manage to come out unscathed in the non-conference, we will likely be the #1 team in the nation (insert comment about how this means little come Big Ten play).

The Big Ten is well represented on this list with MSU and Nebraska joining us.

EDIT: Saw that this was posted a couple days ago.  My Bad.  I must have missed it somehow when it was originally posted.

EDIT2: IN OTHER NEWS: Alfonzo Dennard of Nebraska gets in a fight outside of a club and proceeds to punch a police officer in the face, days before the NFL combine.

WHAT?

NO WAY. ESPN obviously hates us. I mean why else would they not declare us a lock to beat the defending national champs?? Stupid reporters. I hate the media

So let me see if I've got this right.  Michigan, proud owner of the toughest pre-season schedule in the country, opens with a neutral sight game against last year's defending national champs and then plays at Notre Dame a few weeks later and the writer suggests that we may open 2-2?

Well that's a bold prediction now isn't it.

...at least those made at this time of the year, they are roughly in this neighborhood:

Imagine, having the toughest schedule and predicting 2-2. Wow, Mr. Haney.

How ridiculous. Obviously if you aren't predicting Michigan to win the national title you're bias, and have no clue what you're talking about. ESPN hates Michigan as does all the major networks. When will we get the respect that we deserve?
