Schefty is breaking the news right now!!!
Edit #1: We're now front page of ESPN.com as well!

There's no way I announce this via Twitter. Twitter implies a scoop or something of immediate importance. We've known about this for days now. The only thing immediate about it at this point is how Harbaugh handles his speech tomorrow. I like the guy. He's a M guy and he's very often right when he sticks to NFL stuff. He's bungled the last month badly though.

Just like the Orlando Magic did for UF's Billy Donovan. Oh wait.
You may not be trolling, but you don't have enough points to joke on this site. So STFU and be serious until you've earned the right to joke.
See, like I have.
...if you're being serious. Shut up. It's done. He could always leave if he wanted to, just like I could always leave my job even through I signed and I'm under contract.
...if you're joking. Haha.

He could sign a contract and leave next month if he wanted.
A contract doesn't mean shit.
You ARE trolling. It's been reported that he's coming to Michigan by everyone in the country. He's getting ready to get on the plane with his family and he told Oakland this morning that he wasn't going there.
It's done.
Again, he can leave next week, next month, next year, whenever. He just left San Francisco and he was under contract.
You're being ridiculous. And the "I'm a long time Michigan fan" bullshit is the biggest troll move ever.

Let the record show that they were the first to report that Michigan has told it's BIGGEST boosters that a deal is done. Has to be the biggest scoop of the year for them.

Par for the course.

This just kills me, this Palo Alto native crap. It is just another example of ESPN being a mile wide but only an inch deep in its reporting.
We all know JH only spent his junior and senior years of high school in Palo Alto after Jack took the DC job at Stanford. JH's previous SEVEN years and subsequent FIVE years were all spent in Ann Arbor.
Welcome home JH, our native son!
Harbaugh played quarterback at Michigan from 1983-86 before a long NFL career. The Palo Alto native, who spent part of his childhood in Ann Arbor, has remained on the West Coast since becoming a full-time coach.

And that would be Rick. The man is a great cook and I love his restaurants and Frontera Grill sauces and salsas.
@Wendyk5: Next time I'm in Chicago, I'll meet you at Frontera Grill for margaritas. My treat!

Though Jim Harbaugh is expected to land at Michigan, NFL teams such as Bears, Jets, Raiders continue making overtures to change his mind.
