There's no way I announce this via Twitter.  Twitter implies a scoop or something of immediate importance.  We've known about this for days now.  The only thing immediate about it at this point is how Harbaugh handles his speech tomorrow.  I like the guy.  He's a M guy and he's very often right when he sticks to NFL stuff.  He's bungled the last month badly though.

The only reason he bungled over the last month is b/c he knew he was leaving. Even if no one wants to believe it or not the making of a deal has been in motion for a little while. No one just ups and goes from San Fran to Michigan in one night and signs the next day without a little background previously put in motion! He does have a lot of NFL ways about him but b/c he was a student and played for UM he knows what they'd expect and what will work and what will not. He knows the kind of guys to bring in for Michigan to be successful again.

In other news, Chris carter the bucyeye homer makes my ears hurt. I flipped over to the mikes and he cannot be anymore indirectly condescending. Oh and he also said the cupboard is bare. To not expect he will turn M around fast.

The WWL can fuck the hell off. So can Dan Patrick - he said it would never happen. He's a bucknut, from Dayton. The buckeye idiots in the media are funny - Robert Smith, Dan Patrick, Herbie. Tehee, douche bags.

Just like the Orlando Magic did for UF's Billy Donovan. Oh wait.

You may not be trolling, but you don't have enough points to joke on this site. So STFU and be serious until you've earned the right to joke.

See, like I have.

...if you're being serious. Shut up. It's done. He could always leave if he wanted to, just like I could always leave my job even through I signed and I'm under contract.

...if you're joking. Haha.

Has he signed a contract? No and I am a huge Michigan fan. So I am not on here trolling. I am just saying he can change his mind if he wants to. I do hope he's coming home cause that would be equivalent to Bama hiring Saban.

He could sign a contract and leave next month if he wanted.

A contract doesn't mean shit.

You ARE trolling. It's been reported that he's coming to Michigan by everyone in the country. He's getting ready to get on the plane with his family and he told Oakland this morning that he wasn't going there.

It's done.

Again, he can leave next week, next month, next year, whenever. He just left San Francisco and he was under contract.

You're being ridiculous. And the "I'm a long time Michigan fan" bullshit is the biggest troll move ever.

This just kills me, this Palo Alto native crap. It is just another example of ESPN being a mile wide but only an inch deep in its reporting.

We all know JH only spent his junior and senior years of high school in Palo Alto after Jack took the DC job at Stanford. JH's previous SEVEN years and subsequent FIVE years were all spent in Ann Arbor.

Welcome home JH, our native son!

Harbaugh played quarterback at Michigan from 1983-86 before a long NFL career. The Palo Alto native, who spent part of his childhood in Ann Arbor, has remained on the West Coast since becoming a full-time coach.

Bet that one hurt for them to finally let go. I'm sure all the NFL Insiders are scratching their heads wondering why one of their own would up and leave them for college.

To hell with them. We got our man. Today is a damn good day. Would give anything to be inside Crisler tomorrow.

Skip Bayless, notorious blowhard, just said that Harbaugh took less money than he would have gotten on the NFL open market by going to Michigan. For the first time in forever, I kind of like Skip Bayless.

And now I feel dirty. Im gonna go shower now.
