ESPN Gator Bowl Picks

Submitted by Rmilkman on

Sorry if this has already been posted, neg if necessary.

ESPN's College Bowl Special team unanimously picked MSU as the favorite over Michigan, and were pretty confident with their decisions. Not really surprising.

Thoughts on this?

For what it's worth, I have Michigan winning, as my #1 pick.

what effect will the outcome of the game have on RR's job, if any??? If Michigan loses, ok, no big deal for DB right? If Michigan wins, tougher for DB? Yes? If Michigan wins in a romp??? I've never dreaded the day after a bowl game more than this year...

Go Blue!

EDIT *I dont think I've ever heard Robert Smith say anything positive about Michigan

Maybe ESPN can add Boren, Clarett and Schlicter as 'analysts' to round out the cast of OSU SHILLS (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shill)  that already include Speilman, Herbstreit and now Rob Smith.

Overheard from an ESPN Production meeting:

"Hey, maybe these OSU guys can give us some solid, honest, objective information about the University of Michigan football program!!"

What a great idea....!@@##$$%%^^^^^%$##@!!

Does anyone know where you can get a MICHIGAN offical MICHIGAN helmet at besides Mden or Ebay? I am looking for a few that do not have that bar on the inside of them.

Thanks

GO BLUE!!!!!

I think we'd be excited to play any team with a defense ranked as low as ours and a problematic special teams unit.

That being said, I think we can do some damage with our offense.  If MSU cannot get their offense going for any reason early, I like our chances better.

I'm fine with being an underdog.

Do you honestly think with ONE game, with all that's at stake, that this coaching staff is going to lay an egg?

Holy Christ - when Denard takes the field it will be this.

Who cares what they say.  I don't even put too much credence into what they say when they compliment Michigan because they only do it when they win.  It really doesn't matter.
