ESPN Coverage Map

As this is my first time not being in Ann Arbor in a long, long time for a game against a MAC school, I'm blanking here, but is it the Thursday before they typically release the coverage map for CFB games? Related question, those of you in Pennsylvania, what is typically the experience with getting games? I'm in Pitt, so I'm worried the market is going to be Big East dominated. Or "don't care its not the Steelers" dominated. Any insight?
