The equipment truck is here!
OK, this is the only place I can post this where I won't sound like a raving lunatic. I live in Evanston, and one of the highlights is when Michigan comes to town. My kids and I run right over to the stadium to get a look at the equipment truck. A friend and fellow alum just sent me a picture, so I'm going to head over there now. Even in the midst of all the tumult, I still get excited when my team comes to town. Go Blue! Beat the Cats!

Living in Columbus on the last Saturday in November whenever our team comes here I would drive by the hoeshoe (yes hoeshoe) to see the truck. I get excited every time.

In my years of covering Michigan football, I once met the driver of said equipment truck...and it was not at a game. If he is still the one who drives, he lives within about 30 minutes from where I am typing this. The stories he must have of Jon Falk. Note to self: Would make for an interesting interview.

My brother and I were walking around the athletic campus last Saturday looking at some of the renovations and we ended up cutting across the parking lot next to Schembechler Hall. Coach Funk's reserved parking space was empty. The joke that we made was almost too easy.

The link appears to go to Facebook. Are your albums public? That might be part of why we an't see it, but I am not totally sure how that works on Facebook.

Okay. Go to postimage.org.
Click browse and select the picture of interest. Then click upload it!
Then it will bring you to a screen where your picture is displayed and there are a bunch of different links below it. Copy the URL that says "direct link."
Once copied, start writing a comment and at the top of the comment box here on mgoblog.com, the button to the far right says image. Click that, paste the direct link URL into the URL text area, then click anywhere around the box to bring the picture up. It may be advantageous to resize the picture to 450x450 so it fits nicely in a comment box.
Click Okay.
Click save to post the comment with your imbedded photo!

I do admire the enthusiasm. I would run over there myself too with my kids, but it is difficult to run over to a place that is about 5 hours distant. I actually got stuck behind Purdue's in 2011 when I was trying to head back to the office from a meeting though, so there is that.

1. Stop with the Dick Rod crap. Take that 12 year old stuff to mlive. He did a poor job but the Man busted his ass for our university for three years. I say this , despite being one of his most vocal critics around here.
