What the tsio poster just said... is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in the rambling, incoherent response was he even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone on this board is now dumber for having read it. I award him no points, and may God have mercy on his soul.

After reading that article I'm convinced the author is Terrelle Pryor. It is apparent an OSU student-athlete did the research on Jesus--TP perhaps? Only someone "saved" by Tressel would view Tressel as a "martyred Messiah"-- again, TP? And which current OSU student-athlete besides TP has such a well publicized history of doing research on research? Whereas a researcher seeks to write at the level of his audience, I believe we must conclude TP is the author.

Was that supposed to be satire?   I don't know 11 Warriors very well, but it seemed they were trying to be unreadable.  Guess I just didn't get it.

If anybody is reading that, and not "getting it," and if you're somehow not sure if it is satire...

...please don't admit that at MGoBlog, because it might make all of us look bad.

Ramzy's a new addition at 11W, and he's been writing some really good stuff so far.

Section 1

The 11W guys were having some fun at their own expense over the Buckeyes' Spring '11 helmet design, as a one-off for their spring game in a few weeks.  Talk about eye-hurting...

What's even funnier is the publicity surrounding the OSU Athletic Department promotion, of selling 25 or so of the helmets, signed by The Senator himself, for $1k each.  Absolutely no trades for tattoos will be accepted.  This time.

Section 1

At least the OSU guys are able to laugh at it themselves.  It really does look like it was left out in a park, for the pigeons to roost on, doesn't it?

Unlike Ramzy's April Fools' satire at 11W, the press realease for the Buckeyes' Spring Game helmet was 3/31, I think.

In all fairness, Tressel has been a big supporter of military causes in the last few years, he's done a lot of military touring, including Afghanistan, and I think that was theinspiration for this.

With all of the retro/futuro/camo things that Nike is doing these days, does anybody suppose that we'd have been able to resist the pull of special-uni marketing, if Michigan had remained contracted to Nike?

I'm just going to come out and say that I've never seen Section 1 go troll or ad hominem. If you disagree with what he has to say, though shit; refute it with a reasoned argument. I've never seen anything from Section 1 that reflects poorly on MGoBlog, and I would challenge you to name a time that he has.

Being a place of differing opinion is a good thing; Section 1 has a different take than most. Until he doesn't back up his opinions I believe he is good for a place like MGoBlog.

Seriously, some of you are making a "google motion" run of stupidity here.  He is making a joke out of Bleacher Report.  Holy shit, it's like some of you are dialing in from AOL.

The joke gets better if you click out to the main page and see how well they did the formatting and everything to make it look like a Bleacher Report page. There is even a slideshow in the latest post.

You know whats funny to me? If some dude on this message board made some dumb joke about OSU, he would have all kinds of people slapping him on the back and telling him how funny and kewl he is. But if a dedicated OSU blog does it (and does it well IMHE) all you dudes can do is bitch about the "obviously" "bad" grammar. Lighten up, that shit was funny.

with the debbie downer bullshit today.  The same people saying this is dumb or they "got it but it wasn't funny" are the ones sending the Google Motion video to their coworkers talking about how sweet it is.  Normally, if I don't find something funny, I won't waste 5 seconds commenting on how said article is not funny.  Move along.  Same jobbers that post "did this need it's own thread?".

They're mocking Bleacher Report, and they did a great job.  If you didn't "get it", it's because you are fortunate enough to not be familiar with Bleacher Report and how much of detriment to mankind it is.

There are few things that our fanbases will ever agree on, but the ABSOLUTE SHITTYNESS OF BLEACHER REPORT is one of them.

Some of the comments here are embarrassing.  There is some very funny stuff on Eleven Warriors today - go to the main page and check out the stories on Tressel's next coaching job or the one about his tats.  I am impressed that some Buckeyes don't take themselves quite so seriously.
