Educated guesses on PSU game time?

I talked to receiver Darryl Stonum who told me the game will be at night (8:00 ?). Apparently Rich Rod is trying to get the first night game..

I had a TOTALLY unverifiable conversation with GOD wherein he indicated that not only would this be a night game, but at its conclusion, a plague of locusts would devour Happy Valley.
Seriously. It was the same night that some dude's uncle told me that Rodriguez says "fuck" sometimes.

Don't mean to be insulting, it's just that some new person starts posting in here about once every two weeks asking when/suggesting that a night game will happen.

Being new on the website shouldn't make a difference, I am just telling you what the player said. Though I do agree that it is highly unlikely to happen.

was going to be a home night game, don't you think that it would have been one of the first game times announced??? this way michigan could deal with the back lash from all of the "old blue hairs" early on. annoucing it a month before the start of the season wouldn't be the smartest thing to do in my eyes....

I'd say 3:30 PM, just because the noon starts are usually reserved for the garden variety of MAC teams.

Odds of a night game considering the magnitude and how it is not yet determined seem unlikely.
Also, if we have a night game, I bet it will be once the renovations and boxes are done. No reason to have it without the new sexy stadium additions.
Last Home Games vs. PSU:
2007 - 330pm
2005 - 330pm
2002 - 330pm
Same with the Away games, so 330 it is.

Away game in 2006 was at 8:00 pm I went to it. Amazing atmosphere so I am really hoping we can start some night games of our own.

my 2nd game ever at Michigan Stadium. First being this years EMU game. A night game would be awesome but I am planning on it being a 3:30 start personally.

I actually spoke with Bill Martin personally -
He assured me that it would be an 8:30 PM start as they wanted to use this occasion to debut the brand new maize jerseys.
Also, he said that this would be a "black out" game in which spectator would be encouraged to bathe in black paint prior to entering Michigan Stadium.
When I asked him about Michigan Stadium's lack of Stadium lights, he told me that the game would be played using a glow in the dark nerf ball in the moonlight

As for the game I am pretty sure it will be a 3:30p game looking at the other Big Ten games during that week.

It normally is a 3:30 game so I imagine it will be that.

No go. The economy. The game will be played in the dark so as to help Michigan's home field advantage. Penn State players will be forced to wear blind folds and hop on one leg.

A night game would be so awesome. But to crush our dreams and get the down-in-fronters back home for whatever old people do it will probably be a 3:30. Damn you down-in-fronters!

I wouldn't be surprised if the time is contingent on whether we're something like 5-2 or 3-4. If the latter, we could wind up earlier.
