The feeling from recruiting guys on Twitter is a lot of head scratching with some saying that Michigan gets the steal.

I would like a speedy receiver and don't remember seeing other than Perry don't believe any other WR's(a few ath that could convert).

Love me a homerun threat with speed and then putting the athletic corners that can catch on defense to be ball hawks.

I hope so. Him changing the time last minute like this makes me think he's very torn, and possibly just changed his mind. Whether that's to or from Michigan we'll see, but I have no idea what to expect.

OSU fan here (and as my handle says, I come in peace). 

Seeing as there was once a time we were heavily favored to get Van, I've followed his recruitment super closely. Not saying you guys don't want him, because he's very talented, but more just stating this as a general ancedote.

I've followed recruiting for a long time, and I've seen a lot of "circus recruitments," or whatever you want to call them, but I don't think I've seen a bigger circus of a recruitment than Van Jefferson's. Just an absolute whirlwind.

Leading into today Jefferson felt like almost a lock. Then things started to roll and we seem to fall out of favor.

If that was ever true...I wonder if it's just the coaches going full blast as their boards shrink and getting back in with guys who seemed to be slipping away.

I saw this thread and sort of chuckled only because we had three or four carefully researched and crafted threads outlining announcement schedules only to see them partially obliterated today for various reasons. Kudos to the people that constructed them for us, but it seems like everything suddenly goes into flux on NSD, but then again, it's a rather important life choice, so it is understandable. Hopefully, Van goes Blue - the highlights look pretty impressive.
