Early games:

Northwestern at Nebraska.  Winner gets to be known as "NU" by third parties.

Iowa State at Baylor.  Can this rainstorm slow down the Bears?

Clemson at Miami.  Is Clemson for real?

Houston at UCF.  Herman is still undefeated as a head coach.

Pittsburgh at Syracuse.  Battle of former defensive coordinators in the state of Michigan (Narduzzi vs. Shafer)

Auburn at Arkansas.  Can Bielema put the tire fire out?

Way to blame everything on Armstrong there color guy. Not like the receiver couldn't have done anything to help him out.

Lol

College football is only here for a certain amount of weekends and then you'll be bellyaching it for it the rest of the year.

Enjoy it while it lasts.

Iowa State's secondary coach might want to make sure they actually remember to go out there when Baylor is on offense. I mean, it's pretty to watch sometimes and all that, but you sort of have to act like you can stop them now and again.

Really surprising to me as I assumed that Malzhan was the genius behind the NC Auburn won a few years ago. So surprised as to how poorly Auburn has played this season. The more I watch various offensive schemes, the more I enjoy watching pro style schemes like Stanford, Arkansas, MSU, UM and Bama. It's much more interesting to watch teams that focus on dominating the LOS, QBs who can throw like Brady but may not be the best runners, and RBs that absolutely dominate behind a powerful Oline. Stanford has repeatedly broken the spirit of opponents all season with exception of NW. It's fascinating to watch it happen and see opposing coaches looking bewildered and only certain that they have no chance to win against this style of offense when it's clicking.

I think people overrated him because of some of the athletes he had. He had Cam Newton for the NC run and very good QB/RB for his option game in his first years at Auburn. He doesn't have much on offense this year and was never a great defensive of coach.

I still think he is a decent HC--just more of a Rich Rod level coach instead of a Meyer type.

I really wish the bye week was next Saturday. A win today would have helped a little to get over the shitty MSU game.
