Duron Carter, the jewel of OSU's 2009 recruiting class, has left Columbus and enrolled at JC in Kansas. He is also the son of NFL and OSU Legend Cris Carter. The action was grades related.
Sucks for him, but you gotta keep your grades up kid!
the jewel of OSU's 2009 recruiting class
That is kind of hard to say when Dorian Bell, Corey Brown, Jamaal Berry, Marcus Hall and Jamie Wood were all higher rated prospects in that class.

not the jewel of the class. Although he would be the 3rd receiver this year.
This is no big deal at all .. just ask any OSU fan and they will tell you about their male cheerleader who runs a 4.4 forty.. he is going to be an elite WR ... or so they say
or maybe one of Michigan's 40 midget slot receivers could transfer here, because God knows, OSU never has any talent at the receiver position.
Up top!
like son. his dad realy didn't know where his classes were...
They give their athletes every advantage you can have to make sure they pass their classes and stay outta academic trouble. The kid must have just gone all Animal House and just opted to forgo classes all together. What a shame. If I were Chris, I'd be absolutely embarrassed.
so much. Probably disappointed at first. But, kids make mistakes and you you support them as they learn from those mistakes.
