Doles to visit for IU game. Commit watch?
His offer sheet is not that great because of his size. 245lb. is very small for an OL, but the coaches have seen him in person and think he can carry more weight.
It seems like he is being recruited to play center. Recruiting another center after getting Kugler might say something about some other guys on the roster.
Greetings from Bolivia.
"It's special how the real true people hang together. And if you don't support the program you're not a true Michigan guy. It's that simple." - Gary Moeller
I don't think it says anything about the guys on the roster other than "there's only one scholarship center on the roster" and that's Miller. So I don't think it says anything about Miller per se, just that there's isnt much depth there.
That said, I don't think Doles is being recruited exclusively for center, but more of a C/OG combo guy. But if you're the only one in your recruiting class who can play center, there's a pretty decent shot you end up there. But if Kugler locks down the center spot and Doles looks like a good guard, they'll give him a shot there I'm sure.
Right now, we have ONE guy who can play center. Jack Miller.
Kugler will be next, then what? Kalis? Burzynski?
We ABSOLUTELY need a center in this class. It's a shame that we don't already have 2 on the roster + Kugler coming in to make 3.
“True loyalty is that quality of service that grows under adversity and expands in defeat. Any street urchin can shout applause in victory, but it takes character to stand fast in defeat. One is noise — the other, loyalty.”
Blake Bars has also practiced some at center, and both Bosch and Dawson have mentioned the possibility of playing center.
is opinion based. Whether here, TTB, Rivals or anywhere else. All of the websites rank each commit and give a break down solely based on opinion. Every site has had 5* can't miss prospects that don't live up to the hype, as well as lowly prospects that go on to be all conference. When it comes to commitment watch, unless it's from TVH or Sam Webb I take it all with a grain of salt. Even those two have had their share of misses. I find Magnus slightly more insightful than Mangus, but I read what they both have to say. If you don't like someone don't read what they have to say. It's as simple as that.
Michigan fans are not made. They are born!
Explain finding Mangus more insightful that Mangus?
I'm honored that I could inspire such a knock-off.
The irony of someone making fun of me for watching Youtube videos when that person is taking the time to make a fake account...
The sixth grade girl drama regarding coach brown is absolutely hilarious. Equally amusing is the serious nature surrounding points and getting or being "neged". I wasn't a Boy Scout so maybe it's that I never developed an affinity for badges? Cat scratch fever... Too funny.

I really don't mind Caoch Brown. He predicted Ferns would commit before anyone else even hinted that we could get a commit out of him. I'll never understand why people hate the new guy so much. On 247 he was saying that Mason Cole would commit a week before the 247 writers said anything and he was right.

To be fair, no recruiting analyst gets every prediction right.
903 wins most in college football
On the other hand, how many so-called recruiting analysts send out their sycophants to tell us repeatedly that he was the first to predict Fern's commit?

I have nothing to do with what other people say. If that is what bugs you then you are really grasping at straws.

Doles is from Michigan so doesn't that mean he's lock to go to state?
I had no idea this discussion was going on. Did I miss something?? haha, I'm just trying to get info directly from the prospects and put it out there for people to see. I can't understand why people are getting so bent over it. Strange to me.

You're so cool OP. Good callout, you really got the guy that runs a free blog.
Intensity is a lot of guys that run fast.

I have coached Tommy, and will be working with him again this year. He is very, very strong. A big frame that will fill out more this year, and once he gets in a college weight room. His athleticism is underrated. Moves his feet really well. Plays with a mean streak and finishes very well. He would be a great get, and I feel he would develop into a nice interior lineman.
"We need to realize what we need to do every time we come out to play," It can't just be some half-assed work ethic. It needs to be fuckin' full out every play, every down, every game." -Dave Molk
