Does Penn State have a chance to beat State next weekend?

Maybe they will try to test MSU's corners more than OSU did. And their D-Line with Zettel etc. may be able to do a better job holding up against the run.

If he does, no. If not, yes. MSU won't be able to take PSU off gaurd with their 1950's offensive gameplan. PSU does have a QB and receivers who can--if given time--can beat MSU's secondary. PSU's defense is good enough to stuff MSU's offense without Cook.

O. That was it. Ohio State shit all over the bed. That is the last time I ever consider rooting for them. We are boned in probably every scenario. It is Citrus Bowl time, unless Nebraska can beat Iowa. That took us out of NY6 in all likelihood. And I think there are some issues in Columbus.

No. MSU DL will pummel Hack worse than we did. I bet Cook will be back and they will have just as much success passing as we did. Also, its in EL I think...Nebraska was on the road.

to counter the DL aggressiveness when they are locomotivating up the field.

- zip screen, instant toss out to flat to a WR, the other WR tries to jam the DB and create a 1:1 matchup with a block in between

- RB screens, let the DL come thru, QB loops it over to the RB

- the indefensible wheel route, but that takes more time.

And Hackenburg let's it rip then maybe there is a slim chance. But I think we all saw that they aren't very good today.

Yes...lets be honest - they had a pretty decent shot to beat Michigan today so of course they have a chance to beat MSU. Failure in the red zone killed PSU today but I was pretty nervous in the 4th quarter.

PSU has an off chance of winning. Really they'd need to take the reins off and just bomb it downfield over and over. That's MSU's weakness and also Hack's strength. But if they keep kicking field goals from the 1 they are screwed.
