he still is. But a lot of people expected movement on his part after Carrol bailed. But I havent heard anything since the Kiffin hire.

He visited Oregon this past weekend. I heard on ESPN radio the day of the Army game that he had decommitted, but rivals still has him at USC. He is still open.

IMO, Devin Gardner is THE GET of this class even if we sign Baxter, no matter how you slice it. No, I don't care that Baxter is 5 stars on Rivals and Gardner is 5 on Scout. DG has been the staff's #1 target off the bat, position of tremendous need, amazing upside, fits system perfectly, instate, burned tOSU letter, list goes on..
