Gallon had a great year, statistically one of the best ever for a Michigan receiver, but I would have to go with Gardner for the MVP. Heart and soul of the team.

Th boot shoud help this heal by 12/20 then he can start practicing with the team. He was probably playing injured through the 2nd half.

Man, they beat that kid 'til there wasn't anything left to beat, and he kept getting up and daring them to do it again until he was flat on his back at the end of the Ohio game, John Henry in Maize and Blue, dying with his hammer in his hand, but he's still laughing, 'cause you can't replace a steel-drivin' (pigskin-slingin') man, lord, lord...you can't replace a steel-drivin' man. Alright, Johnny at RBUAS could probably write that better, but there is something noble about a doomed hero who knows his path leads to his own destruction, yet he follows it truly nevertheless. Big d@mn hero, sir...ain't he just?

I have never felt as bad for a player as I have for Devin Gardner this season. Absolutely love that kid.

This is part of the reason I want at least Borges fired. The musical chairs at offensive line, the nonsensical play action passes on third and long that got him drilled, the inability to teach RBs how to pick up a blitz. Their idiocy actually endangered the health of a great player and a great young man by more than normal football standards.

Borges, Jackson, Funk - screw those guys.
