At first, my reaction was the same as everyone else here.  The pictures look nothing alike.  

But in defense of the OP, his post reminded me of footage from the last drive of the ND game. I remember wondering who the coach was talking to Denard before he went out on the field. I had never seen him before.  

Now after watching it again, I realize it was Manning.  And now that I watch it, I have to admit he appears to look legitimately similar to Devin.  I think objective viewers would have to agree.   (2:09 into the following YouTube clip).  Again. the pictures were a bad example but I can see where the OP was coming from when seeing him in person, FWIW.
