It'll be on NFL Countdown tomorrow (er, later this morning). I'm sure they'll let Schefter break it on an early segment and then scroll it all morning on the ticker. I'm guessing Schefter will have a nice smirk on his face.

Cowherd is way worse than Rome. Cowherd is basically a really dumb version of Howard Stern and has stolen the pathetic bits he does have on his show from guys like Rome for a very long time. Literally anyone else would be better to listen to,

As a Cubs fan, I find it incredible that they are still running that bogus story about Starlin Castro as the #2 story on their site, but Harbaugh to Michigan is not even mentioned. I mean, not even a bogus Harbaugh to Oakland story.

Just wondering if ESPN a got bitch slapped over the whole Herbie/Les Miles debacle a few years ago and decided to sit this one out. Schefter has been painfully slow to board the JH to UM train-especially as an alum.

If the internet news business is a game of clicks, it makes no sense to just jump on the bandwagon now that someone else broke the story. They'll get more clicks from those who are wondering when ESPN is going to join the club.  Also, is ESPN  even in the business of breaking stories anymore? They're such a lumbering dinosaur.
