Normally I don't find Desmond's analysis off base, so I hope he is right.

My only worry is that Hoke's team hasn't had a good road win so far, and our biggest games this year are all on the road.

If we get passed ND and Utah with dominant performances, I will consider 12-0 a possibility. When you look at the roster just by height, weight, and class you see huge, jacked dudes, who are young and athletic.  The seniors have been through a lot and are a great group of guys.  I truly believe that this will be the year Frank Clark takes it to another level.  I think the defense will be able to pressure consistently with 4, which will make the secondary's job a lot more manageable.  The Linebacker core is like 7 deep with crazy talent, and the secondary has some elder statesmen and some young studs that have unlimited potential

Offensively you have 3-4 solid running backs, all with different pros and cons to their game.  I'm not sure how I feel about running back buy committee, however it didn't work out to badly for Chris Howard and Anthony Thomas so I think there's a lot of hope at the RB spot to go with some damn good talent.  The wide receivers are absolute monsters and Michigan possesses many with different skill sets.  Canteen, the elite route runner. Darboh ,has elite hands. Funchess is arguably the best in the NCAA. Chesson, the hard working blue collar all around solid WR.  A returning Jake Butt, whom was as good as a freshman as any tight end Michigan has had in recent years.  We have a Quarterback who has incredible potential.  When Devin Gardner is on, he is scary good.  His senior year should see him become a bit more consistent and a better overall player.  We have questions on the OL but I honestly think these guys will come along as the season progresses and they gain confidence together as a unit.

We have an Elite punter, and a good kicker.  Everything is on the roster that you must have to take a shot at a championship.  Should Michigan come together as a team this year I think it is very much in the realm of possibility that this team could be much, much better than we all anticipated.

I am going 11-1

And how could I forget about my man Norfleet.  His consistent solid returns will set us up in great field position all season long.  we're nearly a week away from game day.  Lets GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo
