Did he turn around and do the "Hello Heisman" pose?
Aren't Desmond and the woman both "I's" in this photo?
They aspire to be Staee with Ohiio
how to spell the name of their own damned school, but. . . you have to acknowledge the apparent good-naturedness of the thing.
O-H-I-I-O I like it
I can't remember Desmond's exact words, so I'm paraphrasing this, but he has said something to the effect of that he hopes OSU fans hate him and do stuff like this to him. Must mean that they're still upset about him making a point of leaving the state of Ohio, playing for Michigan, and dominating OSU. Just one more all time great they've missed out on.
The black guy on the left isn't making an "O", he's clearly and definitively making a heart shape. I think this group just loves them some H-I-I-O, whatever that is.
Also, is Jeff Goldblum the "O"? If I were in his party, I'd be wary of T-Rex's in proximity.
Is that you Ed McMahon?
I don't see anything bad, let alone "worst," about this. Capital-N Nauseating? You need to get out more.
I think you’re looking into the caption a little to thoroughly. No expletives were even used, obviously to be taken lightly.
This is actually sort of funny
The "H" just ooks like a stereotypical OSU fan, doesn't he?
He looks happy and doesn't appear to be a truck driver.
good natured, no big deal, and funny. I wish stuff like this came to define the back and forth we have with our rivals more than the vitriol that's usually served up.
O - H - IReturnedAPunt93YardsAgainstYou - O
worth 30 or 40 points under the old system. (sigh)
Looks like "M" "I" "I" "football"
WTF?
What the heck does "Heart - Y - I - I - Stewie's Head" spell?
Illiteracy?
This photobomb seems pretty harmless and all in good fun.
I always want Michigan to beat Ohio. Still, I don't "hate" them the way Bama fan Updyke hated Auburn (poisoning the trees at Toomer's Corner) or the guy who vandalized Howard's Rock at Clemson last week. So, not worst photobomb ever.
I will make occasionally friendly wagers with my wife's family members who went to school there, and we'll rib each other, but it doesn't work well to "hate" and be nasty when you have family members with a different allegiance.
Interestingly, it often seems like athletes will tease each other, and make wagers (for instance, on the wearing of jerseys from the other team, if your team loses) but they know where the line is.
I'm curious about something else for Michigan fans in Ohio. (I'm looking at you in particular, MGrowOld, but there are plenty of other MGoUsers from Ohio.) Today, I was given the choice of T-Shirts that went with my HTTV order. I'm not cool enough for the Brian photobomb shirt. A couple are too obscure for me. I debated the "Worst State Ever" shirt, but ended up choosing "Manball." Regardless, I wondered how many Michigan fans living in Ohio have the cojones to wear "Worst State Ever" t-shirts. Somehow, I'm not sure how that would go over anywhere in the state.
and have lived in the Columbus area since graduating from Michigan in 1990... I must say the only negative is rabid Buckeye fan, and they are manageable.
My favorite shirt is still "East Lansing is a woman of negotiable affection" or similar... I can't go for the "Worst State Ever", mostly because I am raising my kids here and we all kinda like it.
Don't get me wrong, I love Michigan and we vacation up there every summer. We can't move there though because my wife from Atlanta is already beyond her Northern limits.
Good call on the shirt.
here are your pleated khakis and your lanyard id badge holder
I wonder when Buckeye honks will realize that the "H" they think they're doing does not resemble an "H" in the slightest form.
Ummm...why am I not seeing a picture or anything that looks like a link or clickable word?
Thanks for the help, jackass. For some reason the pic didn't show up at all using Chrome on my work computer (that's the only browser I have there). Works fine at home. Thought it might have been an issue for others as well (who may not have said anything because of internet tough guys like you).
half as blashpemous as this though...dude can't defend himself from this abuse.
is that real? Wow. Their perversion knows no bounds.
That was a tribute to an Ohio alum or supporter and is not in poor taste at all, IMO. I'm sure the deceased would have loved this (if he were not, you know, drowsy).
The guy who posted the pic was using a thing called sarcasm.
Otherwise welcome aboard newbie.
I was being a tad facetious as well, but it never hurts to recalibrate the ol' sarcastometer and what not. I promise not to use O$U, at least.
Shame that statue is gone. More of a shame it was in ohio and had idiots like this doing this junk. Was quite something to see driving down 75 on the way to Florida for a long time. RIP Big Butter Jesus.
That dude is packing some massive forearms. He be make'n aaallllllll kiiiinds of gains!
The idiot engineer that created touchdown Jesus put metal rods in his arms... Uh... lightning?
Either way the new statue is pretty neat if you've been able to drive past it.
I find it morally humorous/ironic that the new racino is being built across the street and the Hustler store is down the road (a strip club used to be next door to it also).
For those of you unsure how close Ohio is to your present location here's a helpful GPS locator map....
There should be another option that says- not far enough.
For every state
