Derrick Walton with a quadruple double tonight

According to a few Twitter feeds, Sam Webb being one, 2013 commit Derrick Walton had a quadruple double tonight: 34 points, 11 rebounds, 10 assists and 10 steals. The future is bright.

Does his name ever come up for head coaching jobs? I always hear of him being an excellent assistant and recruiter but never rumblings of him leaving. Can anyone enlighten me?

I just watched some of his more recent film on UMHoops, and it doesn't surprise me that he has elected to "go it alone" this year. His team is basically a bunch of scrubs.

Once he gets heated up, looks like a really good player. Probably won't be as college ready as Burke was/is, but still seems to have the potential to develop into a PTP(BABY!).

Hilarious, and very consistent with all things Joubert IIRC. I thought he wound up being a decent player for UMich (and a good character), but his hype:substance ratio was one of the worst of all time.
