Staff can devote 90% of energy to him now that LM3 and Laquon are clearly gone. Closing with DD, Delano, Hunt and DG will make this a great foundation class.
The staff can then focus on adding some pure playmakers (CB, WR, RB, FS) in 2014 along with more depth across the board.

"here and there" before spring football planning goes into overdrive and then a little more in the 12 or so weeks before late July.
The changes in NCAA rules, texting, earlier commits, 7-on-7 explosion - the coaches are consumed with recruiting and hardly ever unplug. I would guess the UM staff works 80+ hours every week with home time & vacation regularly interrupted with calls/texts/etc.
