Now, you may be asking yourself if this picture is worthy of its own thread. The answer? Yes, yes it is.

This must mean he's going to commit, probably by Sunday. The worst part about these All-star games is for the next week we have to hear about who is wearing a Michigan hat, or who has a Michigan shirt, or who is rooming with who.
FWIW.
Sooooooo, who's Green rooming with?!?!
He could commit after the game, and then he could not... Green has been very friendly with basically all the players at all the schools (not a criticism, seems like his personality). Don't read that much into a picture. IMO he is a kid who wants to stretch this out, I would not doubt new schools getting mentioned now that some Bowl performances are clarifying depth for next year (and yes, that does bode well for us too)
Also (as Mark from Tremendous pointed out) it looks like Jourdan Lewis has gotten taller.
He's on the far right, correct?
That's him.
That's what I thought. Thomas is like 6'1"-6'2" and Green is supposed to be 6'. I suppose it's not uncommon for a 17 year old high-schooler to go through a growth spurt.
How do you guys know everyone else hasn't gotten shorter?
Why do we think he got taller? He's listed at 5'11", and considering Thomas and Green are 6'1" and 6'0" respectively, that's probably about right. I'd say Lewis looks at let 2 and maybe 3 inches shorter than Dymonte.
I'm not too concerned about his height, but Lewis is also the closest one to the camera. Not only is he standing in front of the other guys (except Fox, who is also turned inward), but the shot is being taken angled from Lewis's side, not head-on. Maybe he got taller, but it's probably partly an illusion.
The caption under the picture on rivals said "Still uncommitted?".
That's worth zero
I like the one Dymonte posted a lot better - it says simply "Michigan Men".
omg he's probably a silent commit omg
The Rivals Auburn guy claims that Green was a silent commit to Auburn before the staff got fired.
Clowney was a silent here until RR got fired.
zing
I think Auburn and Tennessee were right there until the coaches got fired. Now I think we're the definitely leader and he'll be "Blue" in the next couple of weeks.
Question is, are these games having an affect on any other players?
He just looks mean. Can't wait to see him play for blue.
"Hey, come take this picture with us. It will drive the Michigan blogs nuts. It's just too funny, man."
This is truer than most people realize.
I don't know if it's the blogs, but definitely their Twitter accounts. Recruits do and say stuff all the time just to light the fire and watch people go crazy.
I'm sure we'll get a picture of Treadwell in a Michigan hat standing next to Dawson and Morris in the coming days.
If I were in their shoes, I would screw with folks like us all the time. These are, after all, teenagers making a huge decision. Imagine having strangers calling you all the time to ask you to tell them your thoughts on this huge decision. Then having hundreds of other strangers freaking out at every twitter, picture, and hat you wore? Etc.
Actually all the insider reports I have seen say that Treadwell has been hanging out with Robert Nkemdiche.
I predict the NCAA will be making a visit to Ole Miss in a few years to investigate recruiting improprieties. No way a consistently awful program like that can just suddenly start landing elite recruits without "stuff" going on.
Nkemdiche's brother is the starting CB for Ole Miss. Is that the "stuff" you are talking about?
have strange pants.
That is Chris Fox who is not playing due to a torn ACL in his last game.
You're joking, but I feel compelled to answer anyway. That's Chris Fox, he tore his acl, and it probably hurts.
Word on the street is that's Chris Fox, he tore his ACL, and he is not playing.
Don't quote me on that though.
Those are just warm up pants, not their uniform pants.
Chris Fox tore his ACL so he won't be playing in the game.
Awesome pic, I wonder if he took a similar picture with another group of commited guys?
is chris fox balding?
holy crap chris fox is a large human!
I thought he tore his ACL?
He did, but he's still there hanging out
I wonder if any pics for the Under Armour Game will be getting posted soon? I am curious to see reaction from Treadwell (who took Mich out of his top 3) getting the ball from Morris. I hope he sees our group of guys and changes his mind about Michigan. We were so close to getting him.
Sorry for the ignorance, could someone list these players names left to right? Seems that Fox is the guy on the right given previous comments.
I think it's Jourdan Lewis, Dymonte Thomas, Derrick Green, Jake Butt, Chris Fox.
Jourdan Lewis, Dymonte, Green, Butt
Jourdan Lewis, Dymonte Thomas, Derrick Green, Jake Butt, Chris Fox
I'm not positive but I believe it goes - Jourdan Lewis, Dymonte Thomas, Derrick Greene, Jake Butt, and Chris Fox from left to right.
So if I take a picture with Kate Upton does that mean she's my girlfriend?
A + B = C
These days it's even easier. Just photoshop her into one of your pictures.
Bonus: you could add Lloyd Brady and Touchdown Morris though TM might be a it much.
According to Chris Balas on twitter Green insisted to being in the photo.

Don't know of that will work, posted from phone.
If that's what happened it seems to be a very good sign for us.
There was a live chat with green on rivals and someone asked green "is that picture with the Michigan commits just for fun or is it something more than that?" Green responded with "a little bit of both"
I know Chris Fox is a large human, but could they not find a jersey his size? It looks like he's wearing a kid's replica jersey or something!
The jerseys are supposed to be tight. They strech a lot.
When all is said and done, I think we'll look back and be surprised Dymonte Thomas wasn't more highly rated. I think he's the gem of this class and will be the best of the bunch.
Practice reports said that he struggled in drills on the first day, but on the second day was one of the better players and looked very fluid in drills.
I think he would be rated higher but he mainly played linebacker in high school. I think he will be a great player
Judging by the shoulder pads, Dymonte Thomas is about 4-5 inches taller than Jourdan Lewis, but they made Dymonte pose without his neck to even things up;
lol, first thing I noticed when looking at the picture was that Dymonte had neck.
Boats and Hoes
They are great innovators. Did you hear they put liquid paper on a bee? Well, it....died.
I posted this a couple of weeks ago: I find it interesting that there have been reports of several new offers going out to 2013 recruits, but I can't recall any going to a running back. That fact alone makes me think Mr. Green has whispered something into the ears of the Michigan coaching staff. My only fear is that he's waiting to see if someone else sweeps him off his feet.
Why is Jourdan Lewis on the west squad?
Bettman picked the squads.
Michigan: Champions of the West!
It can't be anything but a good sign for Green. After watching the Outback Bowl, he HAS to be thinking "lots of playing time".
I can already hear Muppets.
I'm surprised by how filled out Lewis looks. Baesd on his numbers I'd expect him to look a lot thinner. And, has anyone noticed Fox looks like a 40 year old man? It looks good for Green...c'mon! I'm really looking forward to seeing Thomas play! Anyone think he starts next year?
What an awesome life to be an offensive lineman about to enter college.... Eat all you want, girls, help with school, blowing up D linemen... Man if I had to do it again I'd have eaten a lot more and been an O lineman.
I think it's definitely awesome when you are about to enter. It's the 5 years of extreme pain unlike any other position group experiences that make it difficult. My roommate was a left-tackle and had countless injuries, none ever reported to the media. I watched this kid experience so much pain and then play every Saturday.
Have to say that I am extremely happy that Dymonte is already enrolled for next semester. Not that I was ever worried about him decommitting, but that extra spring practice will prove to be invaluable for a guy like this. He's the kind of guy that looks like he'll be too good to not have playing time next year.
He might be the recruit I'm most excited about in the current class, even more so than Shane. While I don't pay too much attention to the specific strengths and weaknesses of each recruit, everything I've heard about Dymonte is a consensus of he's fast, and perhaps most importantly to me, he hits hard.
It's strange to see Adidas uniforms with legible numbers.
Dymonte Thomas is going to be special. Plus as a guy with very little neck I appreciate his lack of a neck.
