I'd think that with the exception of the "or's" the depth chart won't change much.  They're going to be putting in game plans for App St this week (and maybe a few things for ND).

With everyone who thinks this is not close to a final depth chart. We're going to see so many guys playing and in rotation Saturday that it won't matter anyway. The depth chart for ND will tell a lot more.

Man. It seems like a lot of posters have this preconceived notion of the 'perfect' two-deep. A depth chart in which the highest recruited player must be listed first string unless they have previously proven it on the field (Jake Ryan). Anything that disagrees with this sentiment must mean either, its time to panic because some young highly recruited kid isn't starting (Dymonte Thomas), or that Hoke is just trolling us and using it as a motivational ploy (Glasgow).

But there is this other option that stars are not the end all be all, and a lot of these kids that don't have the recruiting hype have been working their asses off and playing well and deserve to be listed where they are at.  I know not everyone is a fan of the trust the coaches meme, but until you actually have game film to analyze, it is all there is to do.  That is unless you enjoy freaking yourself out and increasing your blood pressure over a trivial matter such as the depth chart for the first game.

People need to chill out.  Pipkins is not 100% yet or he would be starting, Kalis is banged up too.  Ryan an OR with Morgan is no big thing IMO, Morgan has been a starter and it's a new position for JMFR.

Looks like Royce Jenkins had a great camp, we know Ross is a stud so it's excellent news that Royce Jenkins is right there with him.  Chesson played well last season and is a starter, that's a good thing.

Peppers is going to get plenty of playing time.  Why are people freaking out at this?

Could not agree more!

Kalis has been less than great here, I don't care about stars, put the best players on the field.  If Burzinski is better, play him.  Now I think Kalis is banged up, along with Pipkins.

We should be excited that we have lower ranked guys working hard and passing higher ranked guys.  It shows our coaches also know how to find some diamonds in the rough.
